What CloudQuell connects to.

CloudQuell reads cost data from your cloud providers and sends alerts where your team already works. AWS, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Snowflake are generally available today; Azure and GCP are in private beta.

Cloud spend sources

Where the cost data comes from. CloudQuell ingests each provider's native billing export continuously and normalizes it into one cost schema.

  • Amazon Web Services

    Live

Full Cost and Usage Report ingestion, Compute Optimizer integration, RI + Savings Plan recommendations, anomaly detection, allocation rules. Read-only cross-account IAM with ExternalId.

  • Anthropic

    Live

Claude API usage and cost ingestion, broken down by model, workspace, and token type — cost-per-request and cache-hit-rate analysis with the same attribution model as the OpenAI connector. Connect from the Integrations page with an admin API key.

  • Microsoft Azure

    Beta

Azure Cost Management export ingestion — subscriptions, resource groups, meters — plus reservation recommendations. Same dashboard, same allocation model. In private beta now; request access to enable it for your organization.

  • Google Cloud

    Beta

Cloud Billing export ingestion, down to project and SKU. Same dashboard, same allocation model. In private beta now; request access to enable it for your organization.

  • OpenAI

    Live

API usage and cost ingestion with per-project and per-model attribution. Surfaces cost-per-request and over-deployed model recommendations alongside your cloud spend.

  • Snowflake

    Live

Credit and storage metering from ORGANIZATION_USAGE, with warehouse-level attribution. Snowflake credits are tracked alongside dollar spend in the same dashboard and allocation model.

Notification channels

Where alerts go. CloudQuell ships anomaly and budget alerts to the channels your team already monitors.

  • Slack

    Live

Incoming webhooks per channel. Route different alert types to different channels (anomalies → #cost-alerts, budget warnings → #finance). Available on Starter+.

  • Microsoft Teams

    Live

Incoming webhooks per channel. Same alert routing as Slack. Available on Starter+.

  • Email

    Live

Direct delivery to one or more email addresses per channel. Available on Starter+ (where anomaly alerts are first included).

AI agent access

Connect an AI assistant to your cost data over the Model Context Protocol. Query costs, investigate anomalies, and manage budgets from the tool you already work in.

  • MCP server

    Live

Hosted remote server at mcp.cloudquell.com with OAuth sign-in — no API keys to manage. 43 tools across costs, budgets, anomalies, savings, commitments, and allocation. Works with Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Goose, Codex, or any MCP client. Available on Starter+.

Coming later

Asked about often enough to be on the public roadmap. Not in active development; vote with an email if you need one of these prioritized.

  • Datadog

    Requested

Datadog billing ingestion (hosts, indexes, custom metrics) for unit-economics analysis alongside the underlying cloud spend.

  • PagerDuty

    Requested

Page on-call when a high-severity anomaly fires, rather than just posting to Slack. Useful for orgs where cost overruns are SEV2-and-up.
